Where is TEN03 made?
We source our fabrics (which include recycled PET plastic) from Australia and New Zealand. Our garments are designed by our team in New Zealand and manufactured in Temuka, NZ.
What material do you use?
We endeavour to source eco-conscious / environmentally friendly fabrics wherever we can ensuring we use the best quality possible. All our fabrics are sourced from Australia and New Zealand.

What are your payment options?
We accept Visa & Mastercard, Paypal and electronic bank transfer/deposit (for NZ customers only).
What currency are your prices?
The currency displayed on our website (ten03.nz) is in NZD and include GST.
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it is not possible to cancel or amend any details via our website as your order will already be in process. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org if you require any assistance.
Will I receive a confirmation email after I place my order?
Yes. Upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder first, before emailing email@example.com.
What is your size range?
TEN03 Activewear is available for women in sizes 6 - 30. If you do not see your size available for purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to make a custom order for you.
**Please note – no changes can be made to custom orders and they cannot be cancelled.**
How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org mmediately. We are only able to change the shipping address if the order has not been already shipped.
Do you send to PO Boxes?
No, the delivery address must be a physical address.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders get shipped within 24 hours of payment, except for orders paying with bank deposit and pre-orders. Bank deposits may take 2-3 days to clear. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
**Please note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.**
We use NZ COURIERS for all New Zealand customers which is next business day delivery (except Rural areas). We use DHL Express for all international orders.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number for NZ Couriers or DHL. If you have not received it (please check your spam/junk mail first) you are welcome to contact us by emailing email@example.com to receive your tracking number.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive or is lost in transit?
Once your parcels have left us, they are then property of the couier. TEN03 is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However, if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
TEN03 is not liable to file claims for delivered packages.
Please keep in mind, that there can be unforeseen delays by the courier companies which is out of our hands. TEN03 is not liable for any delays.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale items are final sales, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receiving your return. Please visit our policy page for more details on returns and exchanges.
Do you have a store location?
Yes! You can purchase TEN03 from Burn and Blast Gym, 85 Selmes Road, RD3, Blenheim. The gym runs by appointment, so please contact us if you wish to purchase.
